Holiday Village “Rositza” is a modern vacation complex open year-round, designed as a peaceful retreat in nature. It is located in the Tsigov Chark area, near Batak Dam.

The complex features 23 independent villas, as well as a restaurant and entertainment area. Guests can enjoy the tranquility and beauty of the mountain environment.

It is suitable for both summer holidays and winter vacations and ski activities. In addition to tourism and relaxation, the place is also suitable for corporate events, trainings, and personal celebrations.

The combination of comfort and authentic mountain atmosphere creates excellent conditions for a complete stay. A restaurant and BBQ areas are available.

Each accommodation is equipped with a private bathroom, sleeping space for 2–4 people, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, and heating.

Holiday Village “Rositza” is located at about 1150 meters above sea level, between the towns of Velingrad and Batak.

The complex is approximately 5 km from the town of Batak, combining convenient access with a sense of peace and natural surroundings.
